Food Orders: Due to the perishable nature of food items, returns are not accepted once the order is delivered.

 

Groceries and Other Items: Items can be returned within 24 hours of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

 

Pharmacy Items: Medication and health-related products are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect items were delivered.

 

Clothing, Accessories, and Footwear: These items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you are eligible for a return or exchange within 48 hours of delivery.

Items that are personalized, opened, or used (excluding faulty or damaged items) are not eligible for returns.
