2. Grocery and Other Products:

Grocery and other product orders can be canceled before they are sent for delivery. After confirmation and preparation, cancellations are not possible.

To cancel your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of confirming the order.

3. Clothing, Accessories, and Shoes:

Clothing, accessories, and shoe orders can be canceled before being sent for delivery. After that, only modifications can be made in case of product defects or errors in the order.

4. Medicines:

Due to the sensitive nature of medicines, orders cannot be canceled once confirmed, unless there is a clear issue with the order or product damage.

5. Pre-Orders or Customized Items:

For custom or pre-ordered items, cancellations cannot be made once the order is confirmed as preparation or customization begins immediately.

How to Cancel an Order:

You can cancel your order by contacting our customer service team in a timely manner via phone or email.

Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation.

Our team will review the order status and let you know if it can be canceled based on the cancellation policy.

Refund Policy:

If your order is canceled before shipment or delivery, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If canceled after shipment or delivery, you are eligible to return the product as per our return policy.
